Counting days between dates
By default, the count includes the start date but not the end date, which is how most people count "how many days until" something. Tick "include the end date" when you need both ends counted, for example for a hotel stay counted in days or a contract period that ends on a given day.
Business days
Business days skip Saturdays and Sundays. Public holidays differ by country and aren't removed automatically, so subtract them yourself if they matter for your deadline.
